Erasmus Mundus Master’s Ongoing Scholarship 2021

The project has been fully funded, For Masters degrees in the discipline of geospatial, the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters program is available. The deadline to submit your application is June 10, 2021. Erasmus Mundus is providing this scholarship, which has a value of Full Funding, 100% Funding.

EU and international students are eligible to apply for this grant.

Qualifications for the Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholarship:

  • Fully-Funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters applicants must have an Erasmus Mundus offer letter for a masters study in geospatial to be eligible for this grant.
    International or EU nationals must apply for fully-funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters.
  • To be eligible for the Fully-Funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters is a fully-funded award given by Erasmus Mundus to students who have enrolled in a Masters’ level program.

The 18th Annual National Mathematics Competition for Primary 5&6 students is being organized by two of Nigeria’s major educational institutions.   • It is important to note that this competition is only open to primary 5 and 6 students from public and private primary schools across Nigeria.
    The minimum age is 12 years old.
  • All students must take the exam in the states where their institutions are licensed.

How to Make an Application:

Type and quantity of questions: There are 75 questions total in both phases of this competition, allocated as follows: 35 algebra, 15 geometry, and 25 aptitude. The questions are based on the Nigerian primary school curriculum, but at a higher level.

The test will last 120 minutes, and you will have 120 minutes to answer all of the questions.

The first round will take place on June 19, 2021, in each of Nigeria’s 36 states.

Second Round: July 27th, 28th, and 29th, 2021 at NTIC Abuja and Kano

AfDB Japan Africa Dream Scholarship (JADS) 2021-2022 Program For Young Africans

Since 2000, Junior Achievement Nigeria has had an annual program called ViMP. The purpose of ViMP is to train NYSC members for careers as managers and entrepreneurs in the business sector.

This program is meant to familiarize potential business leaders with the duties, possibilities, and expectations of a management profession. Classroom meetings, case studies, panel discussions, study groups, guest speakers, and leisure are all part of the weeklong curriculum. Participants also volunteer in the community and teach JAN programs.

Requirements for AfDB/JADS Postgraduate Scholarship Qualification:

Those who have been accepted into an authorized Masters degree program at a Japanese partner university are eligible to participate in the program.

Candidates must be 35 years old or younger, in excellent health, and have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the energy field or a related field, as well as a strong academic record. Scholars are expected to return to their country after completing their studies to contribute to its economic and social growth.

The Eligibility Requirements are outlined in the Application Guidelines for the call, and these precise eligibility criteria are followed. There are no exceptions.

In general, citizens of African nations must:

  • Be a citizen of one of the AfDB’s member countries;
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle;
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or a related profession that was earned at least one year previous to the application due date;

After receiving a Bachelor’s (or similar) degree, have 1 year or more of recent development-related experience;

Accepted unconditionally into at least one of the JADS partner universities for a Master’s degree in the forthcoming academic year;

  • Previous participation in the JAN program will be a plus.

IBPLC Kickstart Program 2021 for Nigerian Entrepreneurs

The International Breweries PLC Foundation is inviting local indigenous entrepreneurs who are tackling societal problems in Nigeria’s South Western area to apply for its KickStart Program.

The Kickstart program is a competition for aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators aged 18 to 35, offering them business-skills training, development support, mentorship, and the opportunity to win a grant fund. The program’s ultimate purpose is to help establish a youthful wealthy society by instilling a culture of entrepreneurship in youngsters, consequently lowering youth unemployment among indigenes in the South West.

Requirements for IBPLC Kickstart Program Qualification:

  • The competition is only available to South Westerners aged 18 to 35 who reside or operate a company in the South Western area.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and no older than 35 years old as of the final day of the application period, and must have proper identification (e.g., a national identity card, a driver’s license, an international passport, voter registration, etc.).

African Union 2021 Innovating Education in Africa for African Entrepreneurs

The introduction of COVID-19 has aggravated problems in Africa’s educational system. Taking advantage of the digital revolution, there is a need to foster innovation throughout the whole education and skills development ecosystems. In view of the above, the African Union Commission (AUC) and partners from throughout Africa will host the third edition of the Innovating Education in Africa Expo, which will take place from October 2020 to June 2021. The Africa Expo has gained traction as the foremost Pan-African event supporting the implementation of Education Innovations in Africa since its launch in 2018.

Requirement:

  • Citizens of AU Member States who lead an organization that fits the following criteria will be selected
  • Putting in place or testing an educational innovation in one or more African Union member states;
  • Legally registered and in operation for a minimum of one year;
  • Directly accountable for the innovation’s implementation and administration, rather than serving as a middleman;
  • Should not have received a previous grant under the Innovating Education in Africa initiative.
