The Dublin City University Business School PhD Scholarship will provide a scholarship with a maximum four-year term, an annual stipend of €18,500, payment of PhD expenses, and up to €5,000 to assist research work (over the four-year period).

Eligibility for the Dublin City University Business School PhD Scholarship
For you to be considered for this scholarship, you need to fulfil the following requirements
- to meet DCU’s PhD qualifying requirements. Successful applicants must meet DCU’s PhD eligibility requirements (https://www.dcu.ie/registry/making-postgraduate-research-application). They will typically have a master’s degree with honours (taught or by research). Students in their final year of a master’s degree are eligible to apply.

Deadline for the Dublin City University Business School PhD Scholarship
The Dublin City University Business School PhD Scholarship deadline is 15th August. Dublin City University will stop accepting applications after the said day.
The award will begin on November 1. Please keep in mind that international applicants who intend to travel to Ireland must first meet the visa requirements for Ireland before beginning a scholarship. International applicants will not be eligible for scholarship payments until they arrive in Ireland, open a bank account, and apply for a PPS number.
Successful scholars will be required to perform six hours of relevant academic service per week on average. This service could include tutorials, lectures, grading, research assistance, or other activities deemed relevant to the scholar’s personal and professional development.
