Tips to Win The Chick-fil-A Scholarship
You can improve your chances of receiving one of the Chick-fil-A scholarships. Here are some pointers on how to apply for these awards:
- Begin early: The college application process can be stressful, and responsibilities such as essay writing and form completion can overwhelm students. Start as soon as possible to offer yourself the best chance of success.
- Always Request Recommendations: You cannot win a Chick-fil-A scholarship unless your restaurant Operator or Manager recommends you. Ask for a recommendation as soon as possible so the Operator has enough time to complete the documentation documenting your professional successes. Inform your Operator that they will receive an email reminding them of what they must perform.
- Examine Your Answers: Incomplete applications are unlikely to be chosen for these rewards. Increase your chances of winning by double-checking your application to ensure all questions have been answered. You should also go over your essays again. Avoid cliches and vague comments by being explicit, detailed, and unique. Chick-fil-A also suggests that you share your essays with an Operator or Manager for comments before submitting them.
